Tajikistan in 2014 produced more than 3 tons of gold

Almaty. January 22. Silkroadnews - Last year Tajikistan produced more than 3 tons of gold, reported Tajik news agency (TajikTA) on Thursday.
It was noted that in the 11 months of 2014 production plan of precious metals was exceeded by 17%. All the gold mining enterprises of the country produced about 3 tons 150 kilograms of gold, said the minister Sh Bobozoda.
Sh Bobozoda also recalled that in the first 11 months of 2013, the country produced 2 tonnes 430 kg of gold.
"We plan to increase the production of this type of precious metal up to 4 tons", - he said.
