Tajikistan introduces new laws for individuals participating in military conflicts abroad

Dushanbe. May 21. Silkroadnews – Tajikistan introduced new article to its criminal code. It is aimed at Tajikistan citizens who take part in military conflicts abroad, as TajikTa informs.
“Those found guilty of participation in military conflicts abroad, will now be charged in accordance with the laws of those countries, where they participated in military conflicts. This relates to the stipulated period of imprisonment that cannot be lengthened or shortened”, Tajikistan’s lower chamber of Parliament informed.
