US Secretary of State reiterated the position of the US government in an effort to withdraw Tajikistan from communication isolation.
At a meeting with President Emomali Rahmon, the sides discussed issues of multilateral cooperation of Tajikistan and the United States.
The two sides expressed satisfaction with the development of cooperation in political, economic, humanitarian, educational and cultural spheres, as well as in the fight against international terrorism, taking into account the national interests of both countries.
During the meeting, the President of Tajikistan with US Secretary of State also discussed the current situation in Afghanistan and other regional and global issues.
