Tashkent showed a film about the Ukrainian events

Almaty.July 31. Silkroadnews - The Russian Centre of Science and Culture in Tashkent, with the assistance of the Russian Embassy in Uzbekistan held a presentation of the documentary film of the famous Russian TV journalist Andrey Karaulov "Ordinary Fascism", transmits Uzbek Telegraph Agency (UzTAG).
"The film is dedicated to the tragic events that occurred in Ukraine in the spring and summer, 2014. Author's work, revealing human rights violations, is based on the testimony of witnesses, who live in different Ukrainian cities. Documentary collected tragic events that have become public known and little-known facts", - reported the press-service of the Russian Center for Science and Culture.
Head of Representative of Russian ooperation Office in Uzbekistan Valeriy Cayer said that this film was already watched by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov. A copy was sent to UN General Secretary Ban Ki-moon, as well as the administration of the White House to show to President Barack Obama.
After the show the audience warmly empathized with the tragedy that occurred in Mariupol and Odessa in April-May 2014, tried to identify the causes of events. Were discussed ways to assist the civilian population of Ukraine, offered to send an appeal to the international organizations responsible for human rights. One member of the audience noted that the date of the screening symbolically coincided with the global day of friendship, the General Assembly established the United Nations three years ago.
