Terrorist attack near Ministry of Agriculture in Kabul

Beijing. Jul 16. Silkroadnews - The explosion causing human casualties took place near the building of the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development of Afghanistan in Kabul on Sunday, the Afghan Telegraph Agency (AfTAG) reports.
The incident occurred at around 4:30 p.m. local time, when civil servants left the office at the end of the working day. The explosive device has been activated by a suicide bomber. According to the latest information, the attack left 6 people killed and six more injured.
In the meantime, the eyewitnesses suggested the target of the attack could be a vehicle with foreign citizens leaving the ministry the time when explosion took place.
It is worth noting this is the second case of an attack near the ministry’s building for the last time. Earlier in June, at least 17 people were killed, and about 30 wounded in a suicide bombing.
