Almaty. November 6. Silkroadnews - The capital of Kazakhstan, Astana will be equipped with solar panels for charging electric vehicles, informs the official website of akim of Astana.
Indicated that the construction of filling stations for electric vehicles is part of the program for the transition of Kazakhstan to the "green economy", as well as in preparation of Astana for an international exhibition EXPO-2017.
Press office emphasizes that the pilot project for electric vehicles, is planned only in Astana. The decision to build in other cities of Kazakhstan will be made based on the results of the pilot project.
