The Chinese company has been illegally producing oil at two Kyrgyz fields

Almaty. November 4. Silkroadnews - Jalal-Abad civil service staff management to combat economic crime  revealed the illegal production of oil by Chinese company LLC "Central Asian Petroleum" on the deposits of the Eastern Izbaskent and Mailu-Suu 4, transmits KyrTAG.
Thus, it was found that the LLC "Central Asian Petroleum" has a joint venture agreement with JSC "Kyrgyzneftegaz". It gets 40% of crude oil and the remaining 60% belong to "Kyrgyzneftegaz".
Oil fields are located on the lands of the state forest fund, but the "Central Asian Petroleum" does not have the state act on the allocation of the land. Also for the production of oil in violation of the law "On licensing system", "Central Asian Petroleum" applied the method of "hydraulic reservoir", which is not allowed by the law of KR.
Caused damage for violations of environmental and technical standards in the amount of 581 thousand soms was voluntarily repaid by the Chinese company to the State.
In this incident the investigation department of Jalal-Abad region opened a criminal case on grounds of crime under Part 2 art.180 of Criminal Code. The investigation is underway.
