The collective leadership system has been affirmed at the plenum of the CPC Central Committee

Almaty. October 28. Silkroadnews – At the plenum of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee the Chinese leaders stressed the importance of adherence to the collective leadership system of the CPC, “Xinhua” agency reports.

The sixth plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee urged to continue to adhere to the collective leadership system in combination with the distribution of responsibilities and personal responsibility.

The participants noted the importance to always adhere to the collective leadership system, which is an important part of the CPC’s principle of democratic centralism. Violation of this system by any organization or person should not be allowed under any circumstances, a communiqué issued at the end of the plenum said.

According to the document, the party committees at all the levels must adhere to the system. The leading officials are required to strengthen the approach from the point of view of the general situation and the consciousness of duty and resolutely implement the decisions of the Party organizations.
