The court ordered the Chinese company to reinstate illegally dismissed employee from Kazakhstan

Almaty. August 4. Silkroadnews - Almaty Court declared illegal dismissal and reinstated Ruslan Kozhakhmet to the position of Deputy Director of International oil service company "Sinopek Kazakhstan", told  R. Kozhakhmet himself to KazTAG.
"On Friday, August 1, Court granted the petition in part: it acknowledged the dismissal illegal and restored me to work on the previous post",- said R. Kozhakhmet.
In addition, he said, the court found unlawful and invalid order of  the company, signed by deputy director of the company, to terminate the employment contract, as well as acts of out-of-work made without any explanations. The court also sought from the company in favor of the plaintiff's wages during his forced absence, and the amount of the state tax and other charges.
Meanwhile, unable to recover at the work, Chinese company decided to conduct an internal assessment.
Recall on April 22 this year, Deputy Director of International oil service company "Sinopek Kazakhstan" R. Kozhakhmet was dismissed due to the fact of allegedly skipped work for more than 3 hours in a day.
