The Election Commission of Afghanistan accepted proposed by UN criteria for recount

Almaty. July 31. Silkroadnews - The Independent Election Commission (IEC) of Afghanistan announced the adoption of UN criteria for translation and void ballots, according to Afghan News Agency (AfTAG).
UN proposal included in total 13 points, which outline the cancellation of ballots and ballot boxes. Five items related to the cancellation of ballots and eight criteria for exclusion from the counting of the ballot box as a whole.
Thus, the IEC confirmed its agreement with the UN plan.
Recall that the control process of translation has been postponed until the third day of Eid al-Fitr, but on Wednesday the IEC announced that the control procedure will start on Saturday.
