Almaty. October 21. Silkroadnews - the construction of Kambarata-1 and Upper Naryn cascade HPP has a number of outstanding issues that constrain the timing of the projects, reports KyrTAG referring to the chairman of the Federation Council Valentina Matviyenko.
So, she said, "this means the completion of land acquisition, the inventory of the property complex, solving a number of legal issues and the formation of the contribution of the Kyrgyz side".
She expressed the view that these projects are very important for the economy of the Kyrgyz Republic, for development and for the implementation of the hydropower potential of the region.
