Astana. November 12. Silkroadnews - The question of the return of Russian border guards to Tajikistan is not on the agenda, reported the chairman of the Coordination Council Service Commanders of Border Troops Alexander Manilov.
"This question is not discussed. Today acts operative group of Border Service of Russia in Tajikistan. They provide methodological assistance for training and retraining and counseling. The issue of return is not necessary", - said A. Manilov in the 74th meeting of the Council of Border Troops Commanders in Astana on Thursday.
