The lack of a direct flight between Tajikistan and Azerbaijan negatively affects the development of cooperation

Almaty. October 22. Silkroadnews - Problems with the resumption of flight Dushanbe-Baku adversely affect the cooperation between the two countries, reports the Tajik news agency (TajikTA) on Thursday.
"Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Tajikistan Negmatullo Hikmatullozoda met yesterday in Dushanbe with Azerbaijani Ambassador to Tajikistan Abbasali Hasanov. The parties agreed that the decision on the resumption of the flight Baku-Dushanbe inexplicably delayed. This has a negative effect on the practical development of bilateral relations", - said the Azerbaijani embassy in Tajikistan.
At the meeting the sides touched upon the prospects for unification of railway project Baku-Tbilisi-Kars (the next time, provides for the introduction into service of the project), and Tajikistan-Afghanistan-Turkmenistan.
It was stressed the importance of communication corridor Asia-Caucasus-Europe, which will be implemented after the merger of these projects.
