Almaty. December 4. Silkroadnews - State Committee of National Security (SCNS) of Kyrgyzstan in ​​the course of search operations to detect and prevent diversion channels, revealed the facts of abuse of power by military of the checkpoint "Manas airport", transfers KyrTAG.
Thus, it was found that in August-September 2015 military of the state border service through the checkpoint "Manas airport" illegally twice passed through the state border a Kyrgyz citizen, who under the decision of the Bishkek court was temporarily restricted to leave the country.
It is also established that in July an employee of the state border service across the state border illegally missed member of an international terrorist organization with his spouse Zh.Amirova, who was later liquidated in the course of the special operation on 16 July 2015 in Bishkek.
On November 26 in respect of the employee of SBS also opened criminal cases under Art. 304 Part 2 (abuse of power) of the Criminal Code.
The investigation is underway.
