It is noted that the Netherlands intend to take an active part in creating the economic zone of the Silk Road.
In turn, Xi Jinping proposed to develop cooperation with Netherlands in such areas as aviation and biomedicine.
"Xi Jinping, who noted that mutual relations are becoming stronger, proposed that the Netherlands and China to promote mutual trade and cooperation in the field of investment. He also urged both sides to explore cooperation in areas such as aviation, biomedicine, new energy technologies and the construction of "smart cities", - says the publication.
It is reported that after the meeting, the two leaders signed 15 agreements on cooperation.
