Almaty. October 18. Silkroadnews – The next summit of the leaders of the BRICS countries will be held in September 2017 in China, Chinese media reported.
“During the BRICS summit Xi Jinping announced the 9th meeting of the BRICS leaders will be held in the city of Xiamen, Fujian province, in September of next year”, the publication says.
To remind, Chinese President Xi Jinping was invited to take part in the BRICS leaders’ summit in Goa and shared China’s proposals on the development of cooperation within the organization and spoke on the Chinese thinking, consolidated consensus of the parties, course for the future development of the BRICS as represented the image and responsibility of the world’s power.
