Almaty. October 28. Silkroadnews - Transfer of the movement "Taliban" under the banner of a terrorist organization "Islamic State" has led to an increase of the threat of terrorists invasion in Central Asia, said the agency TASS.
Russian President Vladimir Putin believes that the increasing terrorist activity in the Middle East and North Africa needs to improve the interaction of special services of different countries.
"A particular danger today is the growing terrorist activity, splicing radical groups with transnational organized crime. Emergency concern is the situation in the Middle East and North Africa", - stated in the greeting.
In this regard, the President stressed, "it is important to steadily improve the level of interaction, to use the most modern forms and methods of work, to develop common approaches to solving problems".
Recall, Moscow hosts 39th meeting of the council of heads of security and special services of the Commonwealth Independent States.
