The presidents of Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan will sign a number of documents on cooperation in Tashkent

Almaty. October 8. Silkroadnews - Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov at the invitation of Islam Karimov came with an official visit to Uzbekistan, reported UzTAG.
"In Tashkent International Airport, the distinguished guest was welcomed by Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyayev", - said in a statement.
As part of the Uzbek-Turkmen summit will be discussed the state and prospects of further development of bilateral cooperation in political, economic, trade, transport and communication, cultural, humanitarian and other fields, will be exchanged views on topical issues of regional and international importance.
Following the visit it is expected to adopt a joint statement of the two presidents, signing a number of documents aimed at further development of mutually beneficial relations in the economic, transport, customs, tourism, scientific and technical fields, as well as health and sports.
