The radioactive coal of Kazakhstan is offered to be buried in the Kyrgyz Kara-Balta

Almaty. December 14. Silkroadnews - Radioactive coal supplied to Kyrgyzstan from Kulan field (RK), is offered to be buried in Kara-Balta. This was announced by Deputy Director General of the Kyrgyz company OAO "Electric stations" Berdibek Borkoev, transmits KyrTAG.
"We have a warehouse where we store more than 600 tons of radioactive coal from Kulan field. We just keep the coal, there is no danger that it will be used. In this regard carried out works, the Prime Minister is also informed. The Commission shall render a decision. Emergency Ministry was asked to open in Kara-Balta the tailings pond and bury it",- said B.Borkoev at a press conference on Monday.
Deputy General Director of "Electric stations" reported that in 2013, Kulan coal mine was purchased on the basis of a contract for the purposes of Bishkek.
