Almaty. November 13. Silkroadnews - The size of the shadow economy in Kazakhstan is in the range of 20-28% of GDP, said the chairman of the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the Ministry of Finance Daulet Ergozhin.
At the same time, according to him, the main task now - not to determine the size of the shadow economy, but deal with it both systemically and efficiently.
"Systematically we struggle through changes in legislation. On 1 January 2016 will come amendments to the law, where we made a number of amendments to the administration, that is, the integration of information systems of the customs and tax authorities within the State Revenue Committee",- he explained.
Also amended the part of the more stringent requirements for authorized economic operators.
