Almaty. September 17. Silkroadnews - Beijing won the right to host the World Congress of leisure and recreation-2020, reported the newspaper "People's Daily".
"World leisure and entertainment organization announced its decision on 11 September in the city of Qingdao. China in preparation for this event will be able to raise the capital of Chinese tourist and recreational industry to a new level", - says the publication.
Beijing has applied to host the congress in May this year. The event will be held in Pinggu District of Beijing in the east. The main theme of the World Congress-2020 will be the slogan: "Leisure improves the quality of life".
