Almaty. May 18. Silkroadnews – According to Kyrgyz Telegraph Agency (KyrTAG), tinted vehicles for the president’s fleet and cash-in-transit vans are proposed to allow in Kyrgyzstan.

“Proposal by the Ministry of Internal Affairs is to allow tinted vehicles only for the cars of the president, prime minister, speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh, president of the Supreme Court, fleet of the State Committee for National Security and JSC “Kyrgyz encashment”. The agency prepares a draft of the relevant governmental decree to be submitted for the public discussion,” the statement informs.

The background report says the decision of Kyrgyzstan’s Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Court on the new list of special vehicles for which tinting is required has not been performed so far. Currently, to abide by the decision it is necessary to define a comprehensive list of special vehicles eligible for glasses tinting without a special permission, with no possibility of its further extension by any other authority.

The agency reminds earlier the deputy Dastan Bekeshev initiated a draft law “On amendments to the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the administrative responsibility”, which proposed to prohibit tinting of the front side windows of all vehicles except for those that are subject to the state guard service protection and their accompanying vehicles. Despite the approval of the draft law in the first and second readings of the dedicated committee, the bill was rejected by the deputies at the plenary session.
