Trade and economic cooperation between Kazakhstan and Tajikistan will be discussed at a meeting of the intergovernmental commission in March 2015
Almaty. February 16. Silkroadnews - The meeting of the Tajik-Kazakh intergovernmental commission is scheduled for March of this year, reported the Tajik news agency (TajikTA).
"Prospects of Tajik-Kazakh cooperation were discussed at the meeting of the Ambassador of Tajikistan in Kazakhstan Nazirmad Alizoda and the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Samat Ordabayev", - said the Tajik Foreign Ministry.
The sides noted the need to revitalize the intergovernmental commission on trade and economic cooperation and called for enhancing its role as an effective mechanism to identify priority areas of cooperation between the two countries. The diplomats noted that the next meeting of the intergovernmental commission is scheduled for the second half of March.
Also at the meeting were discussed issues of bilateral and multilateral relations and mutually beneficial cooperation in economy, the expansion of the legal framework, including the field of migration, education and culture.
