Trade mission of Kazakhstan will be opened in Iran

Astana. February 12. Silkroadnews - Trade mission of Kazakhstan will be opened in Iran. This was announced by the Chairperson of the Committee on Industrial Development and Industrial Security of the Investments and Development Ministry Amaniyaz Erzhanov, KazTAG reports.
“Given the success of the trade mission and the interest demonstrated, according to the Ministry of Investment and Development, together with the Foreign Ministry and the NCE (National Chamber of Entrepreneurs - Silkroadnews), considers the possibility of opening the trade mission of Kazakhstan in Iran. As I have already said, the negotiations have been hold on many directions of the business,” - said A. Erzhanov at the briefing on Friday.
He noted this arrangement has been achieved during a business forum in Tehran.
Besides, he reported on the planned supply of Kazakhstani products to Iran.
“As a result of the negotiations we have reached an agreement for the supply of transformers, oil and communications equipment, fertilizers, hygroscopic disposable vacuum tubes and needles, food products,” - A. Erzhanov listed.
“Also during the negotiations the Iranian side offered to supply their products to the market of Kazakhstan, in particular, the point in case is about food, household appliances, building materials, textile products,” - he added.
A. Erzhanov also said the two sides discussed the issues of increasing the frequency of flights, carrying out mutual settlements between the two countries’ banks in foreign currency, easing visa restrictions and implementation of cashless transfers.
