Trade turnover between Tajikistan and China could reach $3 billion

Almaty. March 17. Silkroadnews - Trade turnover between Tajikistan and China could reach $3 billion, reports the Tajik news agency (TajikTA).
"Economic cooperation between Tajikistan and China has additional reserves. Their full use can contribute to the level of foreign trade turnover between Tajikistan and China to $3 billion", - reports the Tajik Ambassador to China Rashid Alimov at a meeting with the CEO of Eurasia Department of the Ministry of Commerce of China Lin Ji.
The sides also discussed a wide range of issues of state and prospects of trade and economic cooperation between the two countries.
"China is willing to enter into appropriate agreements with Tajikistan on import of goods in China of a wide range of products, which Tajik manufacturers can offer. Trade Show of SCO member states, which will be held in September 2015 in Xi'an is a good opportunity to demonstrate the increased capabilities of Tajikistan", - said Lin Ji.
According to him, the Chinese side will examine the possibility of Dushanbe national exhibition of products "Made in China" in 2016.
As noted, the trade turnover between Tajikistan and China in 2014 reached $2 billion 517 million.
