Turkey plans to build the fifth refinery
Almaty. March 20. Silkroadnews - Turkish Petroleum Corporation (TPAO) plans to build an oil refinery in the southwestern province of Hatay, which borders with Syria, reports Trend with reference to a member of the executive board of directors Besim Shishman.
"It is expected that the new refinery will be built until 2023", - says the publication.
The data on the cost of the project is not given.
According to TPAO, Turkey has four oil refineries in the central province of Kırıkkale, in the province of Mersin Province İzmit and Batman.
Fifth refinery of SOCAR (State Oil Company of Azerbaijan) will be commissioned in late 2017 in the province of Izmir
