Turkish President to visit Uzbekistan on November 17-18

Almaty. November 16. Silkroadnews – Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will pay an official visit to Uzbekistan on November 17-18, Uzbek Telegraph Agency (UzTAG) reports.
The visit agenda includes a visit to Samarkand and the grave of the first President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov, as well as meeting with country’s acting president Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
The sides will discuss issues of bilateral relations, regional and international issues.
The last time R. Erdogan visited Uzbekistan being the prime minister of Turkey was on December 18-20, 2003.
