UK Senior Minister of State meets Uzbek Foreign Affairs Minister.

Tashkent. April 17. Silkroadnews – UK’s Senior Minister of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Baronness Sayeeda Warsi, met Uzbek Minister of Foreign Affairs, Abdulaziz Kamilov, within the framework of her working visit to the country.
The parties discussed prospects for future political dialogue between two countries and assessed implementation of previously signed agreements.
Successful Inter-Parliamentary dialogue within the framework of Memorandum on mutual understanding between parliamentary groups in two countries was specifically mentioned.
Afghanistan situation as well as current state of regional and international affairs were also discussed, as Uzbek MFA informs.
