US to launch pharmaceutical goods production in Uzbekistan

Almaty. November 13. Silkroadnews - The US company Incorporated intends to implement a project to create a wide range of diagnostic test systems in Uzbekistan, the Uzbek Telegraph Agency (UzTAG) reports.
The project around $-10 million worth will be implemented from 2018 to 2019. It provides for an innovative laboratory for molecular diagnostics and big data center to be established for patients throughout the country. The U.S. company also plans to organize the production of medical equipment in Uzbekistan, a part of which is planned to be exported, press service of “Uzfarmsanoat” noted.
The U.S. technology will allow to explore human biomaterials, and soil and water samples and provide services to research a wide range of animal diseases. The relevant bioreagents to be used are planned to be produced in Uzbekistan.
In the near future the parties plan to start forming a joint venture on the territory of the republic.
