Almaty. March 3. Silkroadnews - US wants Iran to suspend its nuclear development program at least for 10 years, said US President Barack Obama in an interview with news agency Reuters.
According to him, Washington is demanding from Tehran for a number of years, measured by "double-digit", to "retained its program in the state in which it is now", and hide some of its elements. Obama said that if Iran's agrees  with this statement, it will be "much more effective in terms of control of Tehran's nuclear program", than any military action, "which could be taken by US or Israel, as well as "much more effective than sanctions".
In this case, the US president has criticized Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on the sharply negative public assessment of the talks, issued by "Six" (the five permanent UN Security Council members and Germany).
From the point of view of Barack Obama, "Prime Minister Netanyahu thinks that the best way forward to the crisis around Iran's nuclear dossier is "the use of doubled sanctions with renewed energy or military action".  Moreover, such sanctions or military action should be directed to ensure that "Iran has absolutely no opportunities to enrich uranium", said the US president. At the same time, he warned, "in the world there is no expert on Iran and nuclear non-proliferation, which would seriously believe that Iran will respond to additional sanctions by elimination of its nuclear program".
Obama also commented that he believes in achieving by "six" and Iran final agreements.
