Uzbekistan and Afghanistan have agreed to cooperate in the field of transport and trade

Almaty. May 8. Silkroadnews - Government of Uzbekistan and Afghanistan signed an agreement on cooperation in the field of transport and trade, informed KazTAG a representative of the Embassy of the IRA in Uzbekistan.
The document provides the preparation of intergovernmental reports on the discovery of the two countries airlines flights between Kabul and Tashkent. Uzbekistan also will help Afghanistan to carry out projects for the construction of railway infrastructure.
According to the agreements, Uzbekistan will assist Afghanistan in carrying out geological surveys for the construction of the railway "Hairatan, Herat" and the ring road connecting the city of Mazar-i-Sharif and Herat. The document also planned that in the capitals of the two countries will be held a joint industrial exhibition.
