Uzbekistan and China announced a competition for the best research project in the field of energy and medicine
Almaty. April 15. Silkroadnews - Coordinating Committee for Science and Technology Development under the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan announced the appointment of joint Uzbek-Chinese projects for the formation of the research program "Uzbekistan-China 2015", reported the Uzbek Telegraph Agency (UzTAG).
According to the report, the competition involves the Uzbek-Chinese joint research project proposals in several areas, including energy and energy efficiency, construction materials, information and communication technology, electronics and electrical engineering, agricultural research, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medicine, earth science and ecology.
Selection of projects is carried out in two stages. At the first stage in each country will be held separately selection of joint projects on these priority areas of cooperation. Projects that have passed the initial examination will be included in the list of backup.
In the second phase of the project, leaders of the proposals included in the backup list will be notified of the need to submit projects to complete application form for further selection.
Uzbek scientific groups must first agree on a joint project proposals with Chinese partner organization, then register on the site committee until 13 June 2015 and submit to the Committee in the form of paper or electronic media before 18 June 2015.
The contest is held by the Committee for Coordination of Science and Technology under the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Science and Technology of China in order to further develop scientific and technical cooperation between the scientific communities of the two countries.
