Uzbekistan and South Korea have agreed to carry out major joint projects

Almaty. May 28. Silkroadnews - During the summit, President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov and President of South Korea, Park Geun-Hye in Seoul, agreed to carry out large-scale joint projects in the field of oil, gas, petrochemical, automotive, solar energy, modernization of transport infrastructure, reported the Uzbek news agency (UzTAG).
Uzbekistan has declared its is readiness to cooperate actively in order to create a favorable atmosphere for the implementation of joint projects with major South Korean companies.
In 2014, bilateral trade amounted to $1.9 billion.
