Almaty. June 19. Silkroadnews - Uzbekistan entered the top five countries with the fastest growing economies in the view of World Economic Forum (WEF), tells the news agency of Uzbekistan (UzTAG).
"In 2015, Uzbekistan's GDP will reach 7.6%, in 2016 - 7.8% and in 2017 - 8%. As a result, the cumulative annual growth rate of the economy of Uzbekistan for 2014-2017 years will be 7.87%. This is the fifth result in the world", - noted in the review.
The document listed 13 countries with the highest projected compound of annual growth rate of GDP for 2014-2017. It was based on data provided in the report of the World Bank's "Global Economic Prospects".
