The development comprises a charging device, a working body in the form of a drum, the controller of the layer thickness with spring suspension, cleaning brush, receivers separation products. The drum is hollow, provided with rubber blades arranged along its surface. Between the vanes exist through holes. On one end of the drum an axial bore connecting the internal hollow of the drum with the compressor pipe provided with a pressure regulator.
