Uzbekistan in 2016 will run the system that monitors the level of transparency of state authorities
Almaty. November 12. Silkroadnews - The Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan adopted a resolution, according to which since the beginning of 2016 the country will implement a system for monitoring and assessing the level of openness of governments and public authorities, reports Trend.
As indicated, action was taken to implement a set of measures aimed at implementing the provisions of the law "On transparency of activity of state power and governance", which entered into force in Uzbekistan in May 2015.
According to the document, the monitoring will be coordinated by public council, created as an advisory body to promote a system of openness of state power and to monitor the level of openness of public activities.
According to the decree, until the end of the year will be developed and approved the Regulations on Public Council, the rules to ensure the openness of state power and administration.
Candidates for members of the public council will be nominated by public associations and NGOs.
