Uzbekistan is modernizing oil and gas industry for $18.6 billion

Almaty. May 13. Silkroadnews - The oil and gas industry of Uzbekistan is planned to implement 54 projects worth $18.65 billion, informed KazTAG citing chairman of the National Holding Company (NHC) "Uzbekneftegaz" Shokir Fayzullaev.
The program includes 54 projects on modernization, technical and technological renewal of production of oil and gas industry in the 2015-2019.
Implementation of these plans will create new capacities for production of 8.55 billion cubic meters of gas, 71.7 thousand ton of oil and 161 thousand ton of gas condensate, as well as the production of 361.2 thousand ton of liquefied gas, 742 thousand tons of polyethylene, 500 thousand tons of polypropylene, 863 thousand ton of gasoline and 304 thousand ton of kerosene.
