Uzbekistan received 11 Chinese freight locomotives worth $ 45 million

Almaty. December 25. Silkroadnews - JSC "Uzbekistan Railways" received 11 freight locomotives from China worth $45 million, reported the Uzbek news agency (UzTAG).
Presentation of the locomotives was held in Tashkent. Wagons were sold by a consortium of Chinese companies CNTIC and CNR DLRC.
It is noted that the financing of the contract signed in 2014, was carried out by the Chinese Eximbank loan of $42 million and own funds of "Uzbekistan Railways".
As recalled by the agency, a consortium of Chinese companies CNTIC-CNR DLRC recently sold JSC "Uzbekistan Railways" some electric locomotives O'ZEL.
