Silkroiadnews - Export of wheat or rye flour from Kazakhstan to Uzbekistan in January-November amounted to 839.3 thousand tons worth $215.9 million, which is 6.5% less in volume and 13.9% - in the amount than the same period in 2013, said the report of the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance.
As noted in the published data, excluding the countries of the Customs Union, flour exports from Kazakhstan in January-November amounted to 1.7 million tons worth $518.9 million, up 2.8% in volume and 0.8% - on value than the same period last year.
The largest buyers of Kazakh flour in January-November were: Uzbekistan, Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan.
