Uzbekistan's GDP in 2014 will grow by 8.1% - the ESCAP

Almaty. August 7. Silkroadnews - Uzbekistan's GDP growth in 2014 will be 8.1%, according to the Uzbek Telegraph Agency (UzTAG) with reference to the report of the Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific ocean (ESCAP), published on Thursday.
Experts of ESCAP predict, the reduction of inflation in Uzbekistan in 2014 to 11% from 12.1% in 2013.
In 2014, the Government of Uzbekistan expects GDP growth by 8.1%, industrial production by 8.3%, agricultural production by 6%, the volume of capital investments by 9.5%.
