Uzbekistan will build a ceramic plant worth $21.1 million

Almaty. June 15. Silkroadnews - Uzbek-Chinese joint venture (JV) National Ceramics plans in December 2015 to put into operation in Uzbekistan a plant for the production of glazed porcelain and ceramic tiles, worth $ 21.1 million. This was reported in the administration of the special industrial zone (SIZ) "Angren", reports Trend.
"The design capacity will be 4.5 million square meters of finishing materials a year", - says the publication.
It is noted that currently the Joint Venture entered into a contract for the supply of technological equipment for the new production with the Italian group SACMI. The project is financed by funds of the founders of the joint venture.
The founders of the National Ceramics is a Sino Gulf Cable with a share of 90%, and individuals - citizens of Uzbekistan (10%).
