Uzbekistan will develop new standards for services for the elderly and disabled
Almaty. August 27. Silkroadnews - Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Uzbekistan started to develop new standards for social services for the elderly and disabled, reported the Uzbek news agency (UzTAG).
The standards will set out requirements for the quality of services and care, including such aspects as friendly attitude and respect for the dignity of client confidentiality, recruitment and personnel management and many others. This work is conducted in the framework of the adopted on August 10 government decree № 237 "On measures for further strengthening of targeted social protection and support for the elderly and disabled".
