Almaty. February11. Silkroadnews - The issue of removal of the veterinary control points at the Kyrgyz-Kazakh border can be solved in August 2016, said KyrTAG.
As the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan Oleg Pankratov noted on Wednesday, permit for 15 Kyrgyz enterprises’ exportation of products to Russia is an interim solution and “Russia’s goodwill gesture to include (the country producers) in the register”.
“Once we confirm that our veterinary service can perform all the functions and carry out all the activities related to zoning and vaccination, our system will be recognized as equivalent. Then the decision on the access to the markets shall be made by our national body, thus, there will be no need to apply to the neighbors. This task has been included in the Government program for this year, and the Ministry of Agriculture and Veterinary Service have terms assigned until August,” - said O. Pankratov.
