Beijing. May 4. Silkroadnews - The administration of US President Donald Trump is not yet ready to announce its decision on Washington’s further participation in the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) on the Iranian nuclear program, the Iranian Telegraph Agency (IrTAG) reports referring to the Thursday briefing for journalists by the White House press secretary Sarah Sanders.
Responding to one of reporters’ question on the earlier statement by the Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif regarding the JCPOA possible review she said the president’s decision will be voiced as soon as he makes it, TASS noted.
To remind, in his video on YouTube on Thursday Zarif said that Tehran would not agree to a revision of the agreement on the nuclear program, as Trump insists. “We will neither outsource our security nor will we renegotiate or add on to a deal we have already implemented in good faith,” he said.
