Presidents of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan officially announced the opening of the customs border

Almaty. August 12. Silkroadnews - Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev and Almazbek Atambaev officially announced the opening of the customs border, reports KyrTAG.
"This is a landmark event in the life of our countries. This will help to conduct business, will contribute to the rapprochement of our peoples. I want to wish the brotherly Kyrgyz people happiness and prosperity", - said Nursultan Nazarbayev at the opening ceremony on Wednesday.
In turn, Atambaev noted that between Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan "should be no barriers".
"We have to remove all borders and customs. Thanks to the fraternal Kazakh people and their leader for advice and parting",- said the President of Kyrgyzstan.
