Almaty. July 3. Silkroadnews - 10 kyrgyz women perform the duties of wives of members of gangs fighting in Syria, reports KyrTAG.
"They laid duties of combat wives. In case of death of husbands they move on to other members of the extremist community. They leave homeland under the pretext of commercial activity. We can not forbid travel on frivolous reasons"- said the head of the 10th Main Directorate of Ministry of Internal Affairs Ryskulbek Dzhaparkulov on Thursday.
The law enforcement agencies of Kyrgyzstan emphasize that recently women as well as men started active propaganda of radical ideas, they create a women's group. If in 2005 the proportion of women in the commission of extremist crimes was 1.1%, in 2014 it increased by 23%.
Total, according to police, about 80 members of Kyrgyzstan are in extremist groups in Syria.
