Morning interbank fixing in London closed with gold price increase

Beijing. May 18. Silkroadnews - Gold Ounces’ price made $1289.5 as a result of the evening interbank fixing in London.
Regarding Thursday morning fixing in dollar terms it increased by 0.65.
The cost of gold ounce in euro made 1093.37 (+2,87), and in British pound – 955.91 (+3.84).
The interbank gold fixing is carried out every trading day at 10.30 and 15.00 GMT. The fixing results are used as a guide to trade the gold futures around the world. 5 financial institutes physically participating in delivery of gold determine the price.
