Almaty. March 30. Silkroadnews - 220 thousand people were killed during the US military operation in Afghanistan, reports Afghan News Agency (AfTAG) with reference to the international organization "International Physicians for the Prevention of Nuclear War".
"During the US war against terrorism in Iraq, Pakistan and Afghanistan were killed 1.3 million people. Maximum losses occur in Iraq - 1 million people, in Afghanistan were killed 220 thousand, in Pakistan - 80 thousand",- says the agency on Monday.
The report argues that the figures 10 times exceeds the data for the dead, which usually announce the media, experts and NGOs.
It also indicates that about 3 million people were forced to flee from these three countries because of permanent warfare.
It should be noted, that according to various sources, now outside their homeland are between 2 and 4 million Afghans, primarily in Pakistan and Iran.
