30 years prison sentence for a murderer of Detention Centre chief in Tajikistan

Dushanbe. April 9. Silkroadnews – Umed Teshayev, who murdered Detention Centre chief, was sentenced to 30 years in prison by the Kulob Court, as the court reports.
Umed Teshayev who had been previously sentenced for 17.5 years in prison for killing his barber shop client, was giving a haircut to the Kulob Detention Centre Chief on the 16th of February, Umar Kayumov. While giving a haircut at Kayumov’s office, Teshayev attached Kayumov with scissors. A 65 year old Detention Centre chief has died immediately after received multiple wounds.
The victim was stabbed with scissors 18 times.
