A mobile application for sending SOS signal was developed in Afghanistan

Almaty. July 8. Silkroadnews – A mobile application allowing to inform the users on security problems and send the family and friends a notification in case of emergency was developed in Afghanistan, Afghan news agency (AfTAG) reports.

The app named “Zamanat” (translated as “guarantee”) allows you to inform one’s family and friends about the user’s current location and notify them in case of an emergency with one touch.

The contacts selected will immediately be notified on sender’s location, time and the type of assistance requested.
The app also allows one or more contacts to track user’s coordinates in real time during his/her travel and provide automatic confirmation of arrival.

“Zamanat” also comes with SOS service, through which the user can send an alarm signal to a pre- selected contact in case of emergency.
